GOLD MEDAL PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

BNB is pleased to launch our new GOLD MEDAL PERFORMANCE (GMP) PROGRAM, designed to support athletes in their quest to become faster, stronger, healthier and more mentally resilient. 

The program is open to players age 13-18 (Grades 7-12) and runs from January 24th - May 9th, 2021. 

The Gold Medal Performance Program includes:

• A high-performance strength and conditioning program delivered virtually with access to individual exercise videos, a periodized training plan & implementation by CSCS Certified Strength & Conditioning coach Luke Couture.
• Monthly Zoom calls with internationally renowned Nutrition, Sports Psychology and Sports Performance experts and Olympic Gold Medalists.
• Access to individual feedback and error detection/correction from Luke and Technical Director Neil Smith.

All New Brunswick Athletes born 2003-2008 are eligible to participate.
