Jr/Sr EDP Strength & Conditioning Component Starts Sunday

BNB is thrilled to announce the renewed partnership with Luke Couture, of Zenith Health & Performance, who will lead the virtual strength and conditioning component of our Junior and Senior Elite Development Programs. After the success of the inaugural Gold Medal Performance virtual program last year, we recognized it's important that ALL of our aspiring high performance athletes have access to this one-of-a-kind opportunity. 

Each virtual session will include an explanation of the next phase of the strength and conditioning program, as well as a guest speaker on relevant topics to help take our athletes to the next level. Our first guest speaker will be Scott Morrison. Scott is a native of Prince Edward Island who has worked his way through the coaching ranks from USports to the NBA G-League, the NBA (assistant coach of the Boston Celtics) and is now the newly named head coach of the NBL's Perth Wildcats in Australia.
