With all sports temporarily on hold due to Covid-19 restrictions, we reached out to our 17U Provincial Team coaches to ask the following:
"Our coaches and athletes were just thrown a huge curve ball with competition being put on hold. What can athletes do to stay motivated with their training over the holidays and while games are on pause?"
