The following rules and regulations must be adhered to by all participating members of the BNB 3X3 Provincial Championships.

-      Eligible teams must register a minimum of 4 players per team. 
-      Divisions will be based on grade (not birth year). The two divisions are Grade 9-10 and Grade 11-12.  Depending on the number of registrations, these divisions may then be split into Tiers to balance out the competition.
-      Players in Grade 9 and 10 are eligible to play on teams in the Grade 11-12 division.  Players in Grade 11 and 12 are NOT permitted to play in the Grade 9-10 division. 
-     Teams are not required to have matching jerseys/t-shirts but must be able to change from light to dark tops from game to game.
-      All players must be in grade 9 through 12 and attending a New Brunswick High School in order to be eligible.
-      Players are not permitted to play on more than one team, or in more than one division.
-      All 4 players must be present on the day of the event.  During the event, if a team drops below 3 players they will be required to forfeit their games.  Refunds will not be given in this circumstance.
-      This event is being operated and sanctioned by BNB, therefore team names should not be representative of a school as this is not a sanctioned school event.
-      Games will be played in the half-court, players must make themselves aware of these rules PRIOR to attending the tournament (see link to the right).
-       Awards will be presented to the top teams in all divisions.
