Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Performance Lead to oversee and develop our Performance Pathway programs for Basketball New Brunswick. The ideal candidate will take charge of planning and delivering group training sessions, individual athlete improvement plans, and curriculum development. This role requires active participation in provincial team support, showcase events, and national competitions. The Performance Lead will report directly to the Technical Director.
